Hong Kong's representative to the Santa Claus Winter Games 2010 emerged yesterday -- Tong Bing Kwong, known as "Santa Tong Tong" is the 77 year-old winning contestant of the Hong Kong heats. Last year's champion at the Games was Hong Konger Jim Chan, much to the surprise of everyone.
